Kief, refers to the resinous trichomes of cannabis that may accumulate in containers or be sifted from loose, dry cannabis flower with a mesh screen or grinder tray.
Kief is extremely potent, because it consists of a part of the Cannabis flower that has a very high concentration of cannabinoids, such as THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol)
It is the resin glands which contain the terpenes and cannabinoids that make cannabis so medicinal.
Ways to use Kief:
1) sprinkle it on the flower/bud before rolling into a Rollie
2) put it directly into a pipe and smoke it
3) make cannabitter or edibles with it
